peachJacque's Zucchini Bread


Preheat oven to 325°

Ingredients:

3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnimon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
2 cups zucchini, grated


Combine first four ingredients and mix well. Add remaining ingrediants and mix well. Pour into well-greased floured loaf pan, bake for one hour and enjoy
